5 reads for a New Year self-care routine
And just like that the new year is here. It all starts with grey and freezing cold times. Days of simple things when a nicely set up table turns the dinner into an event. Except for the snowy days the landscape doesn’t offer anything exciting, so we cuddle inside and stay warm. Dive into books that we’re waiting on the nigh-shelf since...summer?! I am not sure about you but my very realistic and totally honest goal for this year is to finish 10 books. Might not seem like much but believe me, that’s a lot for a mom who only read old editions of Kinfolk for the past years. So if I wore to set an intention for this year it would be make a reading a little self-care ritual. Sleep with my phone in another room and use that reading lamp a little bit more.
